As the first female author in the UK to publish a ground breaking book on the correlation between COVID-19 and Energy Transition, titled “The Renaissance of Smart Energy,” Dr Calik’s knowledge is unmatched. Her remarkable achievement came after completing her PhD at the prestigious University of London, SOAS.

Dr Calik’s influence extends to the international stage as a UN Climate Change Observer since 2015. At COP26, she delivered a powerful speech on renewable energy and the Mediterranean dispute in Glasgow.
